When Grief is Complicated will look at some of the ways grief can become complicated and how and why we can feel ‘stuck’ in grief.

The course will explore:

What is the relationship between grief and trauma?

What is happening in our body and brain when we feel ‘stuck’ in grief?

How do guilt, anger and 'unfinished business' complicate the grieving process?

Why do some people experience more intense, persistent grief than others?

Can grieving be a form of learning?

How can we remain connected to those who have died, while also making space for new relationships and possibilities?

This course began on 1 Feb 2025.

You can still sign-up, but all content will be recorded rather than live.
